2010 NFL Mock Draft

April 18, 2010

2010 NFL Mock Draft - Updated 4/19/2010 (Now 3 rounds)

1. St. Louis
Sam Bradford, QB, Oklahoma
Sam Bradford's accuracy will be too much for the Rams to pass up, even though he might not change in 2010. He will, however, be a solid building block for the future.

2. Detroit
Ndamukong Suh, DL, Nebraska
Detroit will be tempted to take Okung here, but Suh is too much of a game-changer to let pass.

3. Tampa Bay
Gerald McCoy, DT, Oklahoma
This should be 1A and 1B, as McCoy is right there with Suh. The Bucs would love to take either one, as their line needs drastic help.

Eric Berry to Tampa Bay?

April 10, 2010

Don't lock in Gerald McCoy to the Tampa Bay Bucs quite yet. Eric Berry is heading to Tampa Bay tomorrow to meet with the Bucs front office staff. Whether that is a smokescreen or not is up to debate.

After Sam Bradford and Ndamukong Suh, DT Gerald McCoy of Oklahoma is the consensus #3 choice, especially for a team that needs a playmaker on the defensive line. Fans sometimes don't appreciate or recognie good tackle play, and the Bucs are in dire need of some excited fans.

Sam Bradford: #1 Pick

March 30, 2010

It was over in 63 throws.

Bradford threw darts all day long during his Pro Workout, putting to bed any questions about his shoulder and arm. "I really felt my arm strength had come back, I felt like I was putting some zip on the ball. I felt my footwork and accuracy was starting to come back."

As the Pro Day winds down, expect the contract negotiations to ratchet up with the St. Louis Rams.

Very interesting Inter-site mock draft, including Draft Daddy.

One of our favorite players, Austen Lane, talking about how his pro-day went.

Interesting look at NFL Draft stereotypes from Sports Illustrated.
